Project Manager - Description & Requirements

 

Sets right expectations for the customers and the business.  Is able to manage multiple protects at one time.  Is able to assemble a detailed plan on how to complete a project.  Is able to communicate well with the team and customers.  Is able to make sure projects get done on time.  Protects may include music mashups, Music arrangements, music videos, etc.  Project managers are determined by the CEO.

Website editor - Description and Requirements

 

Is responsible for making changes to the website and making sure that it is up to date.  Checks with CEO before publishing any changes.

App designer - Description and Requirements

 

Is able to design a full functioning app for the business.  Checks with CEO before publishing.

Logo designer - Description and requirements 

​

Is able to create a creative logo that captures the business. 

 

Social Media Manager - Description and Requirements

 

Is able to monitor and make sure that all social media is up to date.

Music teacher - Description and Requirements

 

Is able to give music lessons based on musical experience.  Music lessons can range from beginner to expert.  Examples : guitar, piano, vocal, drums, etc. 

 

 Record producer - Description and Requirements

 

Is able to record up to multiple songs a day.   Is able to get a song ready for the music editor(s) with in 1 - 20days.

Music Editor - Description and Requirements

 

Songs will come from the record producer.  They will need to be edited in a reasonable time frame.  Is able to work with the artists on a timeframe for editing music.

Music Video Director - Description and Requirements.  

​

Is able to Direct a music video after a release of a song.  Is able to get a music video released in a reasonable and realistic time frame.

Vice president of the company Description and Requirements.

​Available to work 40 hours a week as needed. A Vice President (VP) supports senior leadership by managing departments and operations. Responsibilities include communicating business objectives to Directors or Managers, collaborating with Executives on strategies, and overseeing departmental projects.

 

As Vice President, this person will take on various responsibilities informed by years of experience and lessons learned from workplace challenges. The position requires work experience and a strong managerial background. It is crucial to evaluate the company's overall state, pinpointing areas for enhancement while also acknowledging its strengths.

 

Take part in the CEO or president team meetings that create the overall vision of the company.

Lead various departments to work towards a specific goal each year.

Look for expansion opportunities, like new customers, markets and industry developments. Take advantage of possible opportunities that can occur to advance the company.  Talks to the CEO before decisions are made.
